Michael White

Michael White was born in Washington State in 1953 into a military family. When he was 6 years old, his dad took him to the museum and he was inspired by a life-size painting of the first Continental Congress. in the 8th grade, his art teacher taught his class the basics of art and inspired him to be an artist for the rest of his life. At a dance, his teacher gave him his first dime for a drawing, foreshadowing that he would one day make money out of his artwork. That summer, he took oil painting classes as the YMCA.
